I am so excited to announce that my newest website is now “live” and its purpose will help you get them.

Over the past 11 years I have had the blessing of being taught what it truly means to live a healthy and active lifestyle.  Through the great tools of Beachbody (creators of Power 90/P90X/Insanity/Turbo Jam…) I learned that you have to eat right and exercise to lose weight and feel great.

But ever since I have been a little boy I have always wanted HUGE muscles.  Most guys and some girls usually do.

Over the past year I have used a bodybuilding workout plan to pack on an extra 15 pounds of muscle.  And I love that!

But what I love more is that Beachbody has just released its first complete bodybuilding workout program, system, and supplements called Body Beast!

And that brings me to why I created www.bodybuildingbeast.com.  I know what it takes to succeed in building muscle, both through hard work and support.
